Part time baby sitter

We are a family with a three year old autistic kid. We are putting him in pre-school and need a baby sitter who can pick and drop him to school (3 minute walk from home) and look after him after school hours. Roughly 20 hours per week. We are both working parents and looking for someone who can look after the kid in the afternoon specifically.
