Dog sitter needed for 2-3 days a week, and for holidays
Hello, we have a 3 year old cockapoo dog Sydney and are looking for someone to look after her :)
She is female and spayed. Hypoallergenic so does not shed hair. 9k so small/medium size. She is toilet trained and not a barker.
We need someone who is able to have her whilst we go into the office, usually 1-3 days a week. Preferably this person will live in Limpertsberg close to us, or in Kirchberg close to our work (or on the way), to make drop offs and pick ups easy.
And also looking for someone to have her for up to a week whilst we go on holidays. Next planned holiday is June 17th - 25th. Can be the same person or different people so please reach out if you think you'd be suitable for either!
Best home for her would be:
- She would do best being the only dog in the home as she loves attention. But she can also share with other dogs, larger dogs can scare her so best to be smaller in size. She usually keeps herself to herself with other dogs, preferring the attention of humans. but after a few meetups opens up a bit more to playing with them.
- She is active so needs minimum 30 minutes walking a day, ideally 1 hour or even more as she'll basically go as long as you go! She loves to be outside and sniffing everything, so also ideal for you to have a garden (must be secure). Absolutely loves forest walks. She can go off the lead but only in a secure place or when a road is not nearby, as she does understand recall but sometimes chooses not to.
- She loves to play fetch and play with her toys.
- She is spoilt so sleeps in our bed if you are ok with that, as she'll be reluctant to get down.
- She loves cuddles the more the merrier, so hopefully you don't mind a lap dog
- She is not used to being alone so will bark if she is left alone, but is not destructive. We ideally want to find someone who will never need to leave her alone as she would prefer this. She can last about 10 minutes without barking
Thanks, Ellie, Blake and Sydney
